We have recently heard from a few Jaamun users that Gmail is requesting them to change their account password after they sign up on Jaamun. Changing password, of course, causes Jaamun service to stop for that particular mobile.
Apparently not all people have faced this problem.
In any case, we have requested a clarification from Google on this issue. We shall update you guys as soon as we get more information.
Meanwhile, if your service has stopped because of this issue, you can resume service by updating password on Jaamun website. For this,
1. Log in to your Jaamun account by clicking here
2. Go to ‘General settings’
3. Update your email password
As has always been our endeavor, we have also made this 'Update' feature available on SMS. To resume service, you can also SMS
p SPACE (new password) to 9773467755
from the mobile number you had signed up with.
